Terms and Conditions FLUFFYSMP
This page contains the legal terms ("Terms") that apply to your use of the FLUFFYSMP webstore ("the Webstore"). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us
We are an authorised seller of goods for the Minecraft server FLUFFYSMP. We sell licences for digital goods and software (such as in-game ranks or items) that can be used on the server. Payments are processed by CraftingStore (Stripe).

2. The Agreement
When you buy a product in the Webstore, you enter into a contract with us. All digital items we offer are licences, not property. You receive the right to use these items personally on the account with which the purchase was made. Reselling or sharing these items is not permitted.

3. No Refunds
Since we deliver digital products that are available immediately after purchase, a strict no-refund policy applies:

• Finality: All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Bans: If you are banned from FLUFFYSMP for breaking the server rules, you are not entitled to a refund. The server rules may be changed at any time.
• Availability: There is no guarantee that the server will always remain online. If the server ceases to exist, all virtual items will expire.
• No value: Virtual items and currency have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

4. Use of the Products on FLUFFYSMP

• The products are intended for Survival gameplay on FLUFFYSMP.
• You may not use IP proxies or VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions or prices.
• We are not responsible for problems with external services (such as your own Minecraft client or internet connection) required to use the products.

5. Age Restriction
You may only purchase products in the Webstore if you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from your parent/guardian.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right expires as soon as delivery of the digital content has begun (for example, as soon as the item has been added to your account on the server), provided you gave explicit consent to this at checkout.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damage, computer crashes, or temporary unavailability of the Webstore or the server. Our total liability is limited to the amount of your purchase.
